Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm. On a move day we answer outside those hours for booked customers.

What we do

Removal Auto books and manages home and small-office removals across Southampton and Hampshire. You get a price bound to the item list you give us, pay a 20% deposit by card (minimum £30, maximum £150), and an insured crew we have vetted turns up on the day. Already booked?

Your confirmation text and email carry the reference. Check a booking shows the crew, the arrival window and the balance due; to change the date, the inventory or the addresses, ring the office — changes made by phone are confirmed back to you by text.

Something went wrong

Tell us within 48 hours of the move so the crew's before-and-after photos are still fresh. Ring us and we will tell you where to send the photos for a damage claim; we acknowledge within one working day and aim to settle within 14 days. If you are unhappy with how we handled it, ask for the matter to be escalated and it will be reviewed by the owner. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
